On Vacation? Try these Handy Travel Workouts!
Welcome back! I hope you got a little more rest after reading last week’s blog post. This past week I was traveling, and it seemed like the only downside to vacationing was feeling like I broke the good habits I’d been creating in the gym. Consistency is king when it comes to working out, and luckily, we can easily maintain our good habits with some quick, energizing workouts on-the-go. Use these efficient bodyweight-only workouts next time you travel!
These workouts cover the essentials and take less than 15 minutes — do one by itself or combine them for a longer session!
Full-Body Frenzy
Repeat for 3 rounds
15 squats
10 push ups
20 forward lunges (10 per leg)
45-second plank
Thirty-Second Sweat

30 seconds of mountain climbers
30 seconds of jump squats

20 sit-ups

Vacationing should be about feeding your soul and making memories — not worrying about losing your progress. Take 20 minutes to do a quick workout, then be on your way to the day’s adventures. Happy traveling!
