Need a coach alongside you to guide your exercises, hold you accountable, and push you further than you may be able to push yourself? Sounds like in-person training may be for you! Session packages are customized to your schedule, location, and the number of days per week that you’d like to work together. Sessions will be strength-focused and incorporate cardio. Lessons in beginner boxing or kickboxing are also available. Rates dependent on number of sessions per week and location.

Looking for a more affordable personal training option or prefer to work out alongside friends? Consider group sessions! Training is better with a couple friends or coworkers laughing and sweating along with you. Sessions will be strength-based and incorporate high-intensity cardio adjusted to the level of the participants. Lessons can take place in a nearby commercial gym facility or in your own space! Rates are dependent upon group size and facility location.

If you’re not in the NYC area or you’re looking for a more budget-friendly personal training option, virtual training could be the right choice for you! We will meet virtually once per week, and you’ll receive your customized workout plans on an interactive and extensively comprehensive app that is catered to your fitness level and your goals. This is a perfect choice for someone who may need guidance and accountability but knows they can get the assigned workouts completed on their own.

If you’re expecting or you recently gave birth, training should be tailored to those specific needs of childbirth and the activities of daily living you’ll be performing immediately afterwards. The benefits of physical fitness during these periods are enormous, however the approach will differ slightly from your everyday fitness class. Take the extra care to train with a coach who is certified in Pre & Postnatal Fitness. Can be done in person or virtually beginning at any stage pre or postpartum.

Whether you need a one-time meeting followed up with a full monthly nutrition plan, or you need weekly meetings to really dig into learning some new habits, I’ve got your back! Your nutrition coaching is based on your lifestyle, your goals, and teaching you what you need to know to thrive in a healthy relationship with food all on your own. Coaching is done virtually, and you’ll receive detailed meal plans with example recipes.
